| <strong style="color: #EB212E;">Imperial Intelligence</strong> - Though the Empire no longer enjoys military and political authority over Lothal, it maintains a presence in the form of secretive and deadly Imperial agents (such as Imperial Intelligence operatives) assigned to the world. Their mission is to promote the Empire's interests while combating the Rebellion's local cells and agents. Since the Empire's official abandonment of Lothal, the activities of Imperial Intelligence have become shadowy and secretive, but no less dangerous.

| <strong style="color: #EB212E;">Group Zerek</strong> - A small but effective group of Lothal freedom fighters, it's been whispered that Group Zerek benefits from links to the Rebel Alliance Intelligence Service (primarily in the form of supplies and the occasional provision of mutual aid). Under Imperial occupation, Group Zerek operated in the shadows by necessity. Now it does so out of a need to confront the Empire where it hides: in the those same shadows.
